Flow 1 Yoga
This gentle yoga class flows from one posture to another with focus on stretching, balancing and core strengthening to create harmony and movement with breath. It builds strength and encourages balance inside and out, all while reducing stress.*
All Levels- Beautiful for Beginners

Yoga Strong
In this dynamic class each posture serves a purpose to improve postural alignment, flexibility, balance, mental focus and muscular endurance. It will expand your practice through core isolation, longer postural holds and challenging poses.*
Level- Intermediate

Hot Flow
A powerful workout that will deepen your ability to lengthen and strengthen your body through fluid postures. This class takes place in an ultra warm setting and will take your yoga practice to the next level.
Level- Intermediate, Room temperature is 90-94 degrees

Coming Soon! This class consist of 26 postures created for the whole body to enhance breath and body connection, flexibility, focus and balance as well as boost metabolism.
It is ideal for athletes, but all levels are welcome. Room temperature 104-107 degrees.

How to prepare your body for hot yoga.
Hydrate in advance! Bring a bottle of water into class.
Bring a hand and/or full size towel.
Full size or beach towel can be used as a barrier to block perspiration from your mat.
Hot yoga mats are for purchase in the lobby.

Pilates
It is a low impact exercise designed to increase muscle tone while improving postural alignment through elongation, balance and muscular strength. Although Pilates movements focus primarily on the core, it is a total body workout created for all.*
